776BC Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Prize Draw. All other information provided prior to entering, including any instructions on how to enter, forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.
2. To enter, eligible individuals must complete the Entry Form at 776 CUSTOM Competition. Completing the Entry Form constitutes one entry (an "Entry"). No purchase is necessary. Signing up to email or SMS marketing is optional and is not a condition of entry.
3. The Winner will receive nine (9) custom 776BC unisuits, designed in consultation with the Winner and delivered free of charge.
4. Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years and over at the time of entry. Entrants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter, and any prize awarded to a winner under 18 will require a parent or guardian to confirm acceptance and provide delivery details.
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this Prize Draw are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
7. The Entrant acknowledges and agrees that their Entry will not be obscene, defamatory, libellous, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encouraging of conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability, or violates any law.
8. The Entrant confirms and warrants that they have full power and authority to enter into this agreement and indemnifies the Promoter from and against any and all costs and damages incurred as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

HOW TO WIN

9. One winner will be selected. The Prize Draw commences at 12:00AM BST on 17 July 2026 and closes at 11:59PM BST on 20 July 2026 (the "Competition Period"). Final Entries must be submitted before 11:59PM BST on 20 July 2026. At the conclusion of the Competition Period, one (1) entry will be drawn at random as the winner. This Prize Draw is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in the determination of the Winner.
10. The draw will take place on 22 July 2026. The Winner will be notified via email from info@776bc.com within 7 days of the draw. Please be wary of scam accounts and fraudulent messages.

THE PRIZE

11. The Winner will receive the Prize as set out at clause 3 above.
12. The design consultation for the custom unisuits will begin within 14 days of the Winner being confirmed. The Prize will be supplied to the Winner within a reasonable period after the design is finalised and approved by the Winner, and in any event the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to supply by 1 January 2027. Timeframes are dependent on the Winner engaging with the design process in a timely manner.
13. The Prize must be taken as stated and is not transferable to another person (unless agreed to by the Promoter) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Prize must only be used for personal use and cannot be sold or auctioned off without the prior consent of 776BC.
14. If a Winner is not contactable or does not respond to the winning notification within 14 days, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternate winner, subject to any directions given by the relevant authority.
15. If the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

16. If this Prize Draw is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
17. Any cost associated with accessing this entry form is the Entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
18. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Prize Draw, including but not limited to where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant; or (f) use of a Prize.
19. The Promoter and its associated agencies shall not be liable in any way if the performance of obligations hereunder is delayed or becomes impossible by reason of any Act of God, war, fire, earthquake, strike, sickness, accident, civil commotion or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.

PRIVACY AND CONSENT

20. Personal information you provide to 776BC by completing the Entry Form may be used for purposes related to the operation of our business, including the administration of this Prize Draw, contacting the Winner and announcing the Winner. If the information requested is not provided, you will not be able to enter. We only collect personal information that is relevant and reasonably necessary for the Prize Draw or our other business activities. Signing up to receive email or SMS marketing is optional and separate from your entry. Where you opt in, we will process your data in line with UK GDPR and PECR and you can withdraw consent at any time. Our Privacy Policy is available on our website.
